Participants will be assisted in making their own reusable mushroom grow-bucket. Ryan will discuss substrate recipes, the sterilization process, where to source and how to make your own spawn, cultivation, care, and harvest as well as nutrition, medicinal applications, and more! Extra time will be used for a Q&A session.
