By bringing the richness of rural Appalachia to urban environments and inviting urbanites to experience the creative spirit of Appalachia firsthand, Rare Bird creates a unique exchange that deepens understanding and appreciation. Rare Bird Cultural Arts offers intimate, connective experiences. Set in the beautiful Appalachian mountains, we honor the region’s rich heritage, creating space for meaningful interactions with the arts, nature, ourselves, and one another.
We are working to raise $60,000 by January 15, with every dollar matched by our Board of Directors.
