An Intimate Listening Venue with Stunning Views

Rare Bird Farm prides itself on being a listening venue. We have two stages: Tug Fork Barn, a barn venue seating 75 and with a 125 capacity. We also have the Chestnut Barn Stage, a natural amphitheater for outdoor performances with a 200 capacity. The Chestnut Barn is where we started life as a music venue and we are happy to be bringing this stage back to life in 2024. We have a high-end analog sound system, which combined with our natural setting creates incredible ambiance for any show. Check our our 2024 Performing Arts calendar to see upcoming shows.

Cat Clyde had two sold out shows at Rare Bird Farm and it was such a beautiful and connective experience for the artist and her fans that we have launched “A Weekend with… An Intimate Artist Retreat”! This is a unique event series hosted by Rare Bird Cultural Arts, designed to foster  connections between artists and their dedicated fan base. Set against the serene backdrop of our farm, this weekend-long retreat offers an intimate experience where fans and artists can engage in meaningful interactions beyond the typical concert setting. Only 50 tickets available for the weekend experience while also providing a more affordable ticket for single show attendees.

Cat Clyde fans line up for signed merch and a photo with the artist.
