Join us for an embodied anatomy journey accompanied by multi-instrumental, live-looped melodies and rhythms.
Come explore the incredible anatomical form and function of what lives inside the rib cage. We will explore anatomy, reflect on our symbolic connections to these body parts, and flow through guided embodiment practices as a way to experience the creativity and expression that resides within us all. We will incorporate guided movement, drawing/sketching, writing, and sharing while being attuned to our ribcage, heart, and lungs. All bodies are welcome! Art supplies will be provided. Feel free to bring your own journal or sketchbook and comfortable clothing for gentle movement.
