Do you enjoy singing and playing with your voice? Do you want to practice meditation and prayer, but sometimes find it challenging to sit still in silence for prolonged periods of time? There is a reason that so many cultures around the world have used song, chant, and mantra as tools for prayer and contemplation. The voice is a powerful vehicle for prayer, song, intention, communication, and vibration. In this embodied practice, we will explore gentle movement to open the body, soften the breath, and share in a practice of using the voice for prayer and healing.
