Krista Shows w/ opener, Gillian Tart-Snyder

We are thrilled to announce this Intimate Barn Concert featuring the unforgettable talent of Krista Shows and Gillian Tart-Snyder. Shows has a unique “dark and lived-in” voice that stops the listener in their tracks, hanging on to every note. Tart-Snyder returns to her home state of NC with her first solo show after a music career in Seattle with the band, The Washover Fans. Donations welcomed!

We couldn’t be more excited to announce Rare Bird Farm’s first “Tiny Music Festival” with our inaugural Doggett Gap Tiny Music & Heritage Festival. We have an amazing 2022 lineup and hope you can join us! We will have a screening of David Hoffman’s iconic film Music Makers of the Blue Ridge and our lineup features musicians from our Madison County area or that play music in the traditional ways.
